It is a primordial drink that has its roots in a distant past, in which life looked completely different from now. Whisky represents history, tradition and a specific lifestyle. Altijd al een keer een whiskyproeverij mee willen maken? Dat kan: bij u thuis, uw bedrijf, uw vereniging of als onderdeel van uw feest of bedrijfsuitje. Eerst vertel ik uitgebreid over de geschiedenis van whisky en hoort hoe whisky wordt gemaakt en aan zijn smaak komt. Daarna gaan we daadwerkelijk whisky’s proeven. Meestal zijn dat een vijftal whisky’s die we samen van te voren en in nauw overleg selecteren. We kunnen de whisky’s eventueel combineren met mooie bijpassende bites, heerlijke sigaren of… allebei! Soul, taste, happiness….

Have you always wanted to experience a whisky tasting? This is possible at your home, your company, your club or as part of your party or event. First I will tell you extensively about the history of whisky, how it is made and gets its taste. Then we will actually taste whiskies. Usually these are five whiskies that we select together in advance and in close consultation. We can combine the whiskies with fresh, matching and tasteful bites, delicious cigars or… both! Knowledge is power!

Veel mensen die in de horeca werken weten wel iets van whisky af, maar soms net niet genoeg. Een whiskycursus is de perfecte mogelijkheid om in relatief korte tijd (ochtend of middag) een goede basiskennis van whisky te krijgen. Alle belangrijke onderwerpen komen tijdens de training aan de orde. Met de opgedane kennis kunnen uw medewerkers een plezierig gesprek over whisky aangaan met de gasten en ze van een goed advies voorzien.
